2017 Century Training Ride - Week  6:

Joint Ride between RBC and Life Time Cycle - NOVA. Please join free and sign the waiver on the Life Time Nova site as well.

We will have three different riding groups. The "A" group will average around 19 MPH. The "B" Group will average between 16-18 MPH. The "C" group will average between 14-16 MPH. All groups will ride around 60 miles. There will be a 30 mile option.
