How to get the most out of you member software

Our club uses Wild Apricot (WA) as its member software.  You can access many features from our home page at  restonbikeclub.org. The website contains options to view your profile, including address, contact info,  and other personal information (click on the Person icon; then View Profile > Edit Profile), and to register for rides (Calendar, click on the ride you’re interested in > Register). You can also cancel a registration on the website or through the app.

You can also register fand cancel for rides and change basic profile items with the Wild Apricot for Members app - available in the Apple App Store or Google Play for Android (or search your store for “Wild Apricot for Members”.)  After the download is complete, login with the same username and password as the RBC website. The app is by far the easiest way to register for rides on your mobile device.

The menu items on the app are Members, Events, My tickets, and My profile.

● Events is the listing of all events scheduled for the future. This is where you would select the event (mostly rides) you want to attend and register for it.

● My tickets is a list of all your registered rides.

● My profile is your demographic information.

There are slight differences in the display, depending on your operating system, but the functionality is the same. The WA help system is very thorough and complete. Check it out on the website, or email laura@restonbikeclub.org.
