34th RBC Century

Over 1,100 riders enjoyed the 34th Annual RBC Century on Sunday, August 28.  Many thanks to our 100+ volunteers that performed SAG, staffed the communications links, rest stops, ride marshalling, etc.   Check out some great photos by Peter Klosky and give us your rider comments.

Thursday / Thursday Nights Ride Support

RBC thanks A-1 Cycling for supporting the Tuesday/ Thursday Night Rides. We have received the following note from A-1 Cycling that outlines their support. The 2016 Tues/Thurs eve rides will end on Sep 29.

"A-1 Cycling is excited to continue our Reston Bicycle Club ride support for the 2016 season.  Along with our on-site support for the Tuesday and Thursday night rides, we are extending a in-store discount schedule to help keep all of the RBC riders up and running.  Along with offering all riders 5% off bikes and 15% off all accessories, we have a promised 24 hour turn around on all repairs that do not need parts ordered.   We are also able to provide bike delivery to the Tuesday and Thursday night rides if repairs need to be done and participants are not able to pick up their bike in time.  All minor repairs at the ride staging area are complimentary and common parts and accessories will be available for purchase for cash or credit at the discounted "trailhead" rate."
