Start Time is 08:00 AM.   This is a Reston Century Training Ride. Building endurance, not speed, is the goal.  Take it slow on these longer routes with LESS elevation. Yes, I said LESS elevation for this final training ride.

Respect the speed range of the group (A, B, C).  

• A Level = 18.0+ MPH Avg
• B Level = 16.5 - 18 MPH Avg
• C Level = 15.0 - 16.5 MPH Avg

Please arrive 15 minutes early.  A, B, and C level riders are invited. Different route lengths are available to accommodate individual preferences.   Your selection of a route is not a commitment to a specific speed group.  It's just a suggestion to help us better organize groups at launch time. 

These are drop rides. If you fall back, join another group behind you.embers and first-time Non-Club members are welcome.

All riders must sign (or have already signed for 2022) a liability waiver. You can do that HERE. The first ride with us is free. We welcome you to join us on subsequent rides as a member. Membership is $25 per year and you can take care of that HERE.
