This ride is hosted by our friends in Viet Velo.

Base training is very important because these long, steady rides intended to build your aerobic fitness, the foundation on which to build your form through the rest of the season. A solid endurance base will give you the fitness and ability to train harder and absorb a greater workload further down the line. One more thing, base training is a good way to shed winter weight, it will improve your ability to use fat as a fuel source. So come out and join us this Saturday.

Show up at least fifteen minutes before the start time.  We will roll promptly at 9:00am.

Expected pace is A/B.  A riders, plan on a base training style ride.  If you are one of the stronger riders in the group, help everyone else by pulling and not pushing the pace past zone 2 for you.  B riders, be on your best form to keep up for a nice steady tempo pace.  This will be a fun training ride, but not a walk in the park, so plan accordingly and assess your readiness for a long ride.  You are responsible for knowing the route.

Please review our COVID-19 Guidelines prior to registering.
