Sunday Training Ride-9 2019-0728

Start Time is 8:00 AM.  Please park in the Dulles South Commuter Parking Lot behind Glory Days Grill. 

Week 9: These rides are intended to improve endurance; not speed. Please go slower than your normal pace to get the most benefit out of endurance conditioning.

Enjoy each other's company.   You can decide at launch-time which you prefer. Club members and first-time Non-Club members are welcome.

All riders must sign (or have already signed for 2019) a liability waiver. You can do that HERE. The first ride with us is free. We welcome you to join us on subsequent rides as a member. Membership is $25 per year and you can take care of that HERE.
