Free - Open to current (and potential) club members, and Century registrants. This is our first destination ride. This is one of the flattest areas in Northern Virginia. Enjoy the Brewery and good company after the ride!
Training ride #3
Lifetime Cycle Club and Reston Bike Club are working together to help people prepare for the Reston Bike Century. Our third training ride will feature three groups. The "A" group will average around 19 MPH. The "B" Group will average 16-18 MPH. The "C" Group will serve both as a training group and a teaching group. We will focus on how to ride safely in groups. The "C" group will average between 14-16 MPH.
