Level C Ride speed will be determined by who chooses to ride. Expected avg speed is between 15-17mph. We may form one or two speed groups at launch time - depending on who shows up and what riders want to do. This is a no-drop ride with frequent regrouping. Everyone uses the same route and rest stop.
